We are working for you according to a new hardening method

- the plasma-vacuum-method -

at temperatures significantly below 400°C.

Unlike other processes with one hardening mode, this method covers a wide range of optional variants.This means, for example, that the objective can be achieved with a variety of treatment methods on the same steel.

The objective is to give a significantly higher wear resistance to your workpieces manufactured to final size.

This means that, with the various processing options, results can be obtained which are in full compliance with the individual application of the parts in practice. Hardened parts are achieved which are wear resistant from sufficient to extreme degrees, depending on the customer’s requirements.
